Miley Cyrus not-so-short?

What is up with Miley Cyrus claiming to be 'A tiny person' ? Sure, the height comparison to her fiance Liam Hemsworth who is already towering over most people at a staggering 6 foot 3 inches, but does she use him to make herself seem as short as she claims? (5 foot 4 inches)

In this picture with her Hannah Montana on-screen older brother, Jason Earles (picture left) who is 5 foot 5 inches, she clearly towers over him even wearing a flat pair of flip-flops. This picture was also taken quite some time ago, with time still to grow.

Caught strolling along the beach in early 2010, Miley appears to be well over shoulder height of Liam. How could she appear less then a head smaller than Liam if she is so short?
Note that the picture seems to be on even ground, and Miley is one pace behind him.

One of my favourites. On stage with Justin Beiber in early 2011, Miley clearly well over towering Justin's 5 foot 7 self. She makes him look like a child. Her heels couldn't possibly add that much height resulting in Justin's perceived dwarfism.

Let's not forget Sarah Jessica Parker's quote 'I had very little [time] with Miley, but I was astounded by her height. Did you know that she's tall? She's like a Viking. I had no idea!'

I don't know guys, I have been trying to work this dilemma out for quite some time now. I would say she is 5 foot 7 atleast!
